What time should guests arrive?
Doors open at 6pm.
Is the ceremony indoors or outdoors?
The ceremony will be held outdoors, and the reception will take place indoors.
Is the ceremony and reception at the same place?
Yes. At Phipps Conservatory and Botanical Gardens, Pittsburgh PA.
Is there a hotel room block?
Yes! We have reserved a room block at the Hilton Garden Inn Pittsburgh University Place. You’ll find all the details and booking information in the Travel tab.
Will there be shuttles or rideshare options?
No, we will not be providing shuttle transportation. Guests are welcome to use their own transportation or rideshare services as needed.
Is parking available at the venue?
Valet parking will be available for all guests.
Are children invited?
We’re keeping the celebration adults-only.
What kind of food will be served?
A fusion of Latin and Asian cuisine.
